Victoria Anderson
With a unique blend of clinical expertise and professional dance experience, Victoria brings a thoughtful, goal-driven approach to ballroom instruction. She began dancing at the age of four and began ballroom at the age of twelve. In 2017, she became the head coach and lead instructor for a competitive ballroom team in Buffalo, New York, guiding her students to achieve national DanceSport success.
With a professional background as a licensed occupational therapist, Victoria brings a deep understanding of movement science, body mechanics, and individualized instruction to her teaching. Her clinical experience has shaped a goal-oriented and highly personalized approach, helping students progress with both precision and confidence.
Since relocating to Florida in 2019, Victoria has earned multiple Top Teacher awards, including Top Female Specialist Instructor in 2020. She has also received several studio management honors from 2022 to 2024 for her excellence in leadership and team development. Her work reflects a commitment to both the art and science of dance, helping dancers at every level flourish through thoughtful guidance and dynamic instruction.

Dana Sharkov
Dana and Maksim are professional dancers and experienced instructors who have dedicated their lives to dance since the age of four. With a strong foundation in competitive ballroom dancing, they trained under some of the world’s most esteemed coaches and champions, developing their skills to the highest level of excellence.
As members of the prestigious Russian National Formation Team “Vera,” Dana and Maksim achieved remarkable success, winning multiple World Championships, international titles, and National Championships. Their passion for performance has taken them to some of the world’s grandest stages, including a featured performance at the Opening Ceremony of the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi. Over the years, they’ve performed at countless large-scale events across Russia—in both major cities and regional venues—bringing world-class ballroom dancing to audiences nationwide.
In addition to his work as a competitive dancer, Maksim has made a profound impact through his involvement in wheelchair dancing. As a certified professional, he trained and competed with dancers with disabilities, participating in national competitions with great success. His dedication to inclusivity and excellence continues to inspire students of all abilities.
Dana brings a deep passion for working with children and nurturing the next generation of dancers. Since 2017, she has specialized in teaching young dancers of both preschool and school age, guiding them through their first steps on the dance floor and preparing them for competitions. Her students have consistently delivered strong performances, gaining confidence and recognition along the way.
With decades of experience, Dana and Maksim have worked with students of all ages—children, teens, and adults—helping each one find confidence, skill, and joy in movement. Their teaching philosophy is rooted in positivity, discipline, and creativity, empowering dancers to reach their full potential, whether dancing for fun or competing at the highest levels.
